Clinical Experience
I have provided comprehensive mental health services to individuals, groups, and families across diverse settings. My experience spans working with a wide range of clients, from students on academic probation to immigrant families and individuals facing Anxiety, ADHD, Depression and substance use challenges. I have employed evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and trauma-informed care to address various issues, including stress management, anxiety, ADHD, depression, drug and alcohol use, and the unique challenges faced by immigrant communities.
In addition to clinical therapy, I have facilitated educational workshops, crisis interventions, and biofeedback sessions, helping clients develop resilience and coping skills.
