What do I do if I was potentially exposed to covid-19 but have no Symptoms? AND/OR I travelled outside the area/state in the last 14 days and I have no symptoms?

Potentially exposed means you had prolonged contact with a household member, coworker, friend, etc who has symptoms or received a positive test result. All in-person appointments will be cancelled for at least the 5-day quarantine period. Strict mask wearing with a well-fitting mask thereafter. To calculate your 5-day isolation period, day 0 is your first day of symptoms. Day 1 is the first full day after your symptoms developed. You can leave isolation after 5 full days. If symptoms develop, isolation starts over at day 0.

What do I do if covid-19 symptoms are present AND/OR I receive a Positive COVID-19 test result?

All in-person appointments must be cancelled until at least the 5-day isolation has passed since symptoms first appeared, at least 24 hours have passed since last fever without the use of fever-reducing medications AND symptoms (e.g. cough, shortness of breath) have improved. Strict mask wearing with a well-fitting mask thereafter. If symptoms develop after a positive test result, isolation starts over at 0. To calculate your 5-day isolation period, day 0 is your first day of symptoms. Day 1 is the first full day after your symptoms developed. You can leave isolation after 5 full days.

*Telehealth appointments may be scheduled in lieu of in-person appointments.

What is a No Show or Late Cancellation policy & fee?

Hilber Psychological Services has a 24 hour cancellation policy: Please cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance. A Late Cancellation or No Show fee applies if 24 hours advance notice is not given when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. For example, cancel a 2pm appointment before 2pm the day prior. The Late Cancellation/No Show fee is a standard fee of $80 for and will be charged to the card on file that same day. Once the appointment is made, the provider's time is no longer available for scheduling and that time is reserved exclusively for the client that made the appointment. This fee is not to penalize anyone financially, but to protect the time. In the event that the appointment time is cancelled and then filled by another client, the fee will be waived.
