Tanya L. Hilber, PsyD, PMH-C
Licensed Psychologist

Owner, Clinical Supervisor

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in San Diego (PSY 24479) and the owner/founder of Hilber Psychological Services. I am an interactive and empathic therapist who utilizes a combination of practical psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral approaches.  My goal is to help you achieve a healthy and successful life by finding balance in your daily routines, relationships, physical well-being, and mental health.

When your sense of self or symptoms are preventing you from meeting personal, social, or professional needs due to imbalance or extreme behaviors, therapy can help. By addressing these life issues, you can develop a positive and confident sense of self.

Through support, practical feedback, and guidance, I will help you to effectively address your life's challenges, become aware of your perceptions and emotional complexities, and find balance. Using a highly personalized approach, I can help you to understand yourself, build on your strengths, find your balance, and become the person you aspire to be.
